John Meyer

John is a local. He grew up in the Clover section of Alexandria. He thanks all his clients, friends, and neighbors who have helped him sell over 1000 homes during this 2 decade-plus career. John has practiced Real Estate through various economic cycles and has helped clients through all the "land mines” that different markets bring to the table. The good thing is, that just like the weather in DC, negative real estate cycles never last long in this area. Fortunately, the DC metro areas positive job status makes DC the "move-to" place for new employees; making Real Estate investment and purchase a staple in the local economy. Being able to change with the times has helped The Team become "battle ready" for our clients; no matter the current financial climate. John Welch

John has been a DC, Arlington and Alexandria resident and is a Dallas, GA native. He excels at finding homes for clients; either personal or investment. His degree in Environmental Design taught him that "GREEN" is a way of life. John's previous career was sales and marketing with a major company. And he comes from a family of Real Estate Professionals. He's owned Real Estate since the young age of 16. David, an Associate Broker (highest form of education for Realtors) has a very special touch. He's never met a client he cannot help. Must be that Maine connection; yes David grew up on a farm in Maine. David's degree is in Marketing where he practiced with a major marketing company in the DC area. Also he further gained experience with all the major retailers in customer service and management. Carter Hagen

Carter is a native Arlingtonian! He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
